Be the BLUE WAVE!
This November 2024, please help strengthen democracy, human rights, socioeconomic justice, ecological regeneration, and peace for all.
This is it, the moment to act, to vote, to embody peace and justice for all.
Please vote Blue up and down the ballot.
Please support kind-Kamala in Washington DC, justice-Josh in Raleigh, and many, many more.
Please don’t sit this one out.
Please don’t vote for a third party candidate who can’t win.
Please don’t vote red that can hurt others and yourself.
Please vote Blue to continue our country’s journey to care for all of the people and for all of nature.
Please motivate and help others get to the polls.
Please vote to Make America Grateful Again.
Please don’t stop being an engaged citizen after election day.
Please keep pressing our representatives to enact policies that care for all of the people and all of the planet.
Please be a caring citizen each day.
Please push for reforms of our democratic institutions including eliminating the Electoral College, having mandatory voting and a voting holiday, stopping gerrymandering, getting big money out of politics, enlarging the Supreme Court, and much more.
Please be a blue wave each day.
Gratitude for you and for all Americans, and for all humans and for all beings around this beautiful blue planet.
Blue skies are smiling at you and me!

PS: BMT and I voted by mail and are encouraging others to vote. This is the ninth essay I have published in “Compassionate Conversations” on democracy and voting for this year’s election. I have also enjoyed meeting with our local precinct and cluster in Swannanoa, NC, for the past several months to help get out the vote.

Upholding democracy in the US, strengths democracy around the world.
